I had the pleasure of creating this artwork for musician Party Ghost for his release 'Cycle' on the label Spirited! When he briefed me on the concept for the imagery he knew he wanted his logo positioned within my usual neon work surface, so I took it upon myself to create a scene that really captured "Neo-Tokyo" vibes and reused a lot of the same colour palettes that I endorse myself in within cinematic universes like Ghost in The Shell.

The project fully developed and was able to be brought to life using Adobe's new Dimension software, which I've had the pleasure of using since it was entitled "project felix" and am now in the process of beta testing new features for the software. It truly does make it simple for an artist with little knowledge of 3d construction to become not only a designer, but an artist, within the field.

Working with lighting can be particularly difficult in Dimension because the lighting requires much more thought process compared to the usual workflow of a program like Photoshop, so figuring out how reflections of items would effect the overall image was a good challenge.
